A 10-minute cab ride will take you to Ayara center, one of the largest shopping malls in Cebu.
Ayara center has about 600 stores selling a wide variety of items, including restaurants, cafes, clothing, pharmacies, furniture, electronics, daily necessities, food, books, stationery, smart phone accessories, jewelry, and more.
Most of the things necessary for daily life can be purchased here, and some immigrants and long-term residents buy everything locally.
